Keep your subscription and current rate

As Scribble Maps adds new features, we sometimes increase the monthly/yearly rate for new subscriptions. If your subscription is continuous, your current rate remains the same as when you subscribed. If you cancel your subscription, you will not obtain your current rate again.

How to cancel your account

Step 1 - Login To The Account To Cancel

1. Login to your Scribble Maps account at:

   Note: Make sure you log in to the account you want to cancel specifically and not a different account.

Step 2 - Cancel Subscription

6. Navigate to Your Account settings.

   You can do so in one of two ways:

   1. You can click on your email address in the bottom left corner.
      OR
   2. You can also access it through the Menu.
      1. In the top toolbar, click the "Menu" button.
         You will notice the menu options pop up.
          
      2. Click on Account Settings.
          

7. In the Your Account menu, under the heading "Product", click on the Cancel button.
    
8. (Optional) Select the reason for cancelling and type in your response.
   We appreciate all your feedback as it helps us to improve our product.
    
9. Click on the Cancel Product button to complete the cancellation.
   A pop will appear: "To cancel your PayPal subscription, it needs to be done by logging into your PayPal account. If you have any problems, please contact us."

For assistance with PayPal

10. Click on the Contact Us link.
    The Contact Us pop-up will appear.

    Note: Do not change the email address in the Email address field. This is the email associated to the account you wish to cancel. Providing a different email could result in cancelling the wrong account or prevent us from finding your account in our system.

     
11. In the 'How can we help you?' field, provide your PayPal Transaction ID along with a brief message that you are cancelling.

    1. Log into your Paypal account.
        
    2. Click on the Gear Icon on the top right.
        
    3. Select Payments in the submenu.
        
    4. Under the heading, "Automatic payments", click on the button: "Manage automatic payments".
        
    5. In the Left Menu, click on Scribble Maps.
        
    6. Next to subheadings, "Status" > "Active", click on the button: "Cancel".
        
    7. Cancel your future automatic payments to Scribble Maps. Click the Cancel Automatic Payments button.
        
    8. You're good to go. Click Done.
        
    9. Scroll down and copy the Billing ID.

     

     
12. Click Send with the Billing ID provided in the 'How can we help you?' field.
