Keep your subscription and current rate

As Scribble Maps adds new features, we sometimes raise the monthly or yearly price for new subscriptions. While your subscription stays active, you keep the price you signed up at. If you cancel, you will not get that price again.

How to cancel

You can cancel from your account settings in the editor. This works the same way whether you pay by card or with PayPal, including PayPal subscriptions started before October 2026.

Step 1: Log in to the account you want to cancel

1. Log in to your Scribble Maps account at: https://www.scribblemaps.com/create

Note: Make sure you log in to the account you want to cancel, and not a different account.

Step 2: Cancel your subscription

1. Open the Your Account window. You can do this in one of two ways:
   • Click your email address in the bottom left corner.
   • Or, in the top toolbar, click Menu, then click Account Settings.
2. Under Products, find your plan and click the Cancel button next to it.
3. The Cancel Being Pro window opens. Under Reason for Cancelling?, click the reason that fits best. A reason is required.
4. (Optional) Type anything else you would like to share in the text box. Your feedback helps us improve Scribble Maps.
5. Click Cancel Product.

You will see the message: "Your subscription has been cancelled".

What happens after you cancel

• You will not be charged again.
• You keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• In Your Account, your plan now shows Valid Until with the last day of access, and Subscription Cancelled. The Cancel button no longer appears.

If you have problems cancelling

If the cancellation does not go through, the window will show a message asking you to contact us. We can cancel your subscription for you.
