Your Scribble Maps subscription
- Monthly subscriptions renew every month.
- Yearly subscriptions renew every year.
How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, from Your Account in the editor. This works for card and PayPal subscriptions, including PayPal subscriptions started before October 2026.
After you cancel, you are not charged again, and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refund policy
We grant refunds if:
- You contact us to ask for a refund during the 1 week period after the most recent payment.
AND- You don't produce a high-resolution image or another paid file format during the 1 week.
AND- You have not published SEO maps with Pro Business during the 1 week.
The policy applies whether the renewal payment is for the most recent: monthly or yearly period. We do not process refunds retroactively for multiple periods.
Suppose a problem occurs on our side, such as a failed cancellation or miscommunication. In that case, we will evaluate the possibility of a refund on a case-by-case basis.
SEO maps
An SEO map is a map made mainly to promote a business or website or to earn a search engine backlink, such as a business name with an address, phone number and a link. Scribble Maps only lists these maps and lets search engines index them for paid Pro Business accounts. A trial does not count.
Pro Business subscriptions used to publish SEO maps are not refundable. Once an SEO map has been published on your account, the subscription payment for that period cannot be refunded, even within the 1 week window.

Refundable scenarios
- You purchase a Pro subscription.
- During the next 1 week period:
- You contact us to ask for a refund.

- You don't produce a high-resolution image or another paid file format.
AND
- You have not published SEO maps with Pro Business.
- You contact us to ask for a refund.
- Your subscription renews.
- During the next 1 week period:
- You contact us to ask for a refund.
AND
- You don't produce a high-resolution image or another paid file format.
AND
- You have not published SEO maps with Pro Business.
- You contact us to ask for a refund.
21-Day Pass
Day passes are non-refundable one time purchases. They are not a subscription and do not automatically renew at expiry. Maps created with a 21-day pass will not be deleted on expiry and will stay in your account.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
