Credit & Refund Terms
These terms govern the purchase and use of credits ("Credits") on our platform.
Refund Policy
- All Sales Final: All purchases of Credits are final. No cash refunds will be issued for any Credit purchases under any circumstances.
- Credit Usage: Once Credits are used to purchase items like reports, geocodes, or other data, the transaction is final and cannot be refunded.
- Technical Issues: In the event a service paid for with Credits is not delivered due to a technical failure on our part, we will issue a refund for the amount of Credits used. This refund will be made in Credits only, not cash.
Credit Expiration
The expiration policy depends on how you received the Credits:
- Purchased Credits: Credits you buy directly do not expire.
- Subscription Credits: Credits allocated as part of a monthly or yearly subscription plan are temporary and expire at the end of each billing cycle. They do not roll over.
- Promotional & Support Credits: Credits granted through promotions, special offers, or by our support team may have an expiration date. This will be specified when the Credits are issued.
Pricing & Value
- Service Pricing: The cost of services in Credits is subject to change without notice. We rely on third-party vendors for some data, and their pricing adjustments may impact the Credit cost of our services.
- No Cash Value: Credits have no monetary or cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are solely a means to access features and data within our platform.
