The Lasso Tool allows you to quickly select multiple objects in Map View by drawing a freehand selection area around them.

Select Objects Using the Lasso Tool
- Open your map in Map View.

Select the Lasso Tool from the toolbar.
Quick Key: Or you can press the "Q" button on your keyboard.
- Click and drag around the objects you want to select.
- Release the mouse button to complete the selection.
Objects inside the drawn area will be selected.
You will see a notification at the top of the screen indicating how many items are selected.
Modify Your Selection
- Hold CTRL while drawing to add more objects to your selection.
- Press ESC to deselect all selected objects.
- Click outside the selected area to clear the selection.
Use the Lasso Tool Options
Once objects are selected, the following options become available:
Route
Create an optimized route connecting selected markers.

Style
Change the appearance of selected objects, including Polygons, Lines, Markers, and Labels.

Lock
Prevent selected objects from being edited.
Hide
Temporarily hide selected objects from Map View.
Copy
Duplicate the selected objects.
Folder
Move selected objects into a folder in the Layers Panel.

Delete
Permanently remove the selected objects from the map.
Bypass Locks
When enabled, the Lasso Tool will include locked overlays in the selection.
Note: If Bypass Locks is not enabled, locked overlays cannot be selected with the Lasso Tool.
