Delete a map in the Your Maps tab

Note: From the "YOUR MAPS" window, you can only delete maps located under the "Your Maps" tab. To learn how to remove/delete maps located under the other 2 tabs, view "See Also" at the end of this article. 

Delete the map

1. Login to your Scribble Maps account at:
   https://www.scribblemaps.com/create

2. (Optional) If the map you want to delete is the current map in the Map View, create a new map.

   To create a new map:

    

   1. Click the "MENU" button in the top toolbar.
       
   2. Under the heading, "Scribble Maps", click the button: "New Map".
       
   3. (Optional) Click: "Yes".
       
   4. Click: "Ok".
       
   5. In the top-right corner of the menu window, click the "X" button.
       
   6. In the Map View, you will see the new map.

    

    
3. In the top toolbar, click the "MENU" button.
    
4. Under the "Scribble Maps" heading, click the "Your Maps" button.
    
5. Click the "Your Maps" tab.
    
6. Find the map's title in the list.
    
7. To the right of the map’s title, click the Garbage Bin Icon. 
   A pop-up will appear displaying the message: "Are you sure you want to delete map [map name (mapID)]?".
    
8. Click the "Yes" button.
   You will see the map has been removed from the list.
