Change a user’s type of subscription - (Team web app)

Intro to the Team web app - Collaborate on multiple maps

Select the team

1. Open the Team web app located at:
   https://team.scribblemaps.com
    
2. Log in by typing in the email address and password you use for your main Scribble Maps account.
    
3. In the top-left corner of the page, you will see a blue button displaying the team name that’s currently selected. 
    
4. To view the list of team names, click the button displaying the team name.
   You will see a drop-down list.
    
5. Click to select the team name (ex. "TeamName1") that includes the user whose type of subscription you want to change.

View the users

1. On the left side of the page, you will see the navigation menu.
   (Optional) If you don't see the navigation menu, click the 3-lined button in the top-left corner of the page.
    
2. Click the button: "Users".
   The app will transfer to the "USER MANAGEMENT" page for the team.
    
3. Under the "Available Seats" heading, view the number of users who can have these account types:
   • Pro Basic.
   • Pro Business.
   • Viewer seat.

   You can purchase seats by clicking the green button: "PURCHASE SEATS". Then complete the purchase process.

    
4. At the bottom of the page, you will see the list of users for the team.

Change the user’s type of subscription

1. Find the row displaying the user whose type of subscription you want to change.
    
2. Under the "ACTIONS" heading, click the Pencil Icon on the user’s row.
    
3. Under the "PRODUCT" heading, click the blue button displaying the current type of subscription.
    
4. In the drop-down list, click the new type of subscription. The options are:
   • Pro Basic.
   • Pro Business.
   • Viewer.
    
5. Under the "ACTIONS" heading, click the green Checkmark Icon to save the changes.
