By purchasing a Foot Traffic Report through Scribble Sight, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Foot traffic data is sourced from third-party providers using aggregated and anonymized mobility data derived from mobile devices. ScribbleMaps does not independently collect or verify the underlying data used to generate these reports.

2. Estimates Only

Foot traffic figures are estimates derived from a combination of anonymized mobile device location signals from opt-in users, historical mobility patterns, and AI modeling. They do not represent exact visitor counts and should not be relied upon as precise measurements.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

ScribbleMaps makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of foot traffic data. Reports are provided on an "as-is" basis.

4. Limitation of Liability

ScribbleMaps shall not be held liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or losses incurred based on foot traffic report data. This includes, but is not limited to, business, investment, or real estate decisions.

5. Permitted Use

Reports are licensed for your use within ScribbleMaps. You may share maps containing foot traffic data using ScribbleMaps' built-in sharing features. However, you may not extract, resell, or redistribute the raw underlying data outside of ScribbleMaps without prior written consent.

6. No Refunds

Due to the nature of data delivery, foot traffic reports are non-refundable once generated.

7. Acceptance
