Square/round the corners of a label

By default, a label’s corners are rounded.

This article explains how to square the corners. Then round the corners.

Square the corners

1. Select the "Edit/Measure Tool" in the top toolbar.

   Quick Key: Or you can press the "Q" button on your keyboard.

    
2. In Map View, click on the label.
   The label editor window will appear.
    
3. Click to add a checkmark to the checkbox displaying the tooltip: "Square box corners".
    
4. Click "SAVE".
   In Map View, you will see the label’s corners are now squared.

Round the corners

1. Select the "Edit/Measure Tool" in the top toolbar.

   Quick Key: Or you can press the "Q" button on your keyboard.

    
2. In Map View, click on the label.
   The label editor window will appear.
    
3. Click to remove the checkmark to the checkbox displaying the tooltip: "Square box corners".
    
4. Click "SAVE".
   In Map View, you will see the label’s corners are now rounded.
