Purchase Credits

Credits can be purchased directly through the platform using preset packages or a custom amount. Follow the steps below to complete a Credit purchase.

1. In the Purchase Credits window, select a Credit package at the top (1K, 2.3K, 8.5K, 38K, 85K).

   The selected package is highlighted, and all totals update immediately, including bonus Credits.

2. Alternatively, click Pick Custom Amount to choose a specific number of Credits.

   You can adjust the amount using the slider, the up and down arrows, or by typing a number directly into the field.

3. Review the total Credits and price shown in large text (for example, “506.2K for $4,961.54”).

   This reflects the total Credits you will receive, including any applicable bonus Credits.

4. Review the balance calculation displayed below.

   The calculation shows: starting balance + selected Credits + bonus Credits = new balance.

5. Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions.

   Credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Checkout is disabled until this box is checked.

6. Click CHECKOUT NOW to complete your purchase.
7. If you need Credits shared across multiple users, click Contact us to ask about Team Credit Pools.

Credit Terms & Refund Policy

The following terms govern the purchase, use, expiration, and limitations of Credits on our platform.

Refund Policy

All Sales Final
All Credit purchases are final. No cash refunds are issued under any circumstances.

Credit Usage
Once Credits are used to purchase reports, geocodes, or other services or data, the transaction is final and non-refundable.

Technical Issues
If a service paid for with Credits is not delivered due to a technical failure on our part, an applicable refund will be issued in Credits only. No cash refunds will be provided.

Credit Expiration

Credit expiration depends on how the Credits were issued:

Purchased Credits
Credits purchased directly do not expire.

Subscription Credits
Credits included with monthly or yearly subscriptions are temporary. They expire at the end of each billing cycle or at the end of the subscription term and do not roll over.

Support-Issued Credits
Credits issued by our support team, including for technical issues or adjustments, may have an expiration date.

Promotional Credits
Credits granted through promotions, special offers, or campaigns may have an expiration date. This will be specified at the time they are issued.

Pricing & Value

Service Pricing
The Credit cost of services may change without notice. Some services rely on third-party data providers, and pricing adjustments from those providers may impact Credit costs.

No Monetary Value
Credits have no cash or monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for legal tender, or transferred outside the platform. Credits exist solely to access features, services, and data within the platform.
