Refund Policy

1. No Refunds
   By purchasing access to a paid map, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once access has been granted.
    
2. Vendor Refunds
   Individual vendors may offer refunds at their sole discretion under specific circumstances. If you believe you are eligible for a refund from a vendor, please contact the vendor directly using "contact vendor" or the support information provided on your receipt.
    
3. Subscriptions
   Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the map by clicking "cancel subscription". Cancellation will prevent future charges, but we do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining period of your subscription.
   Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. By not cancelling, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees.
    
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
   Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us or the vendor to resolve the issue may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
    
5. Changes to the Refund Policy
   We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy.
