Snap the line to the circle's center

Draw the circle.

Note: On the left side of the Map View, make sure the "Projection Accurate" checkbox isn’t checked before you draw the circle.

Select the "Edit/Measure Tool" in the top toolbar.

(Optional - For Pro account users) In Map View, you will see a pop-up on the left side. Select "Points".
In Map View, click and drag an end-point of the line towards the center of the circle.
When the line's end-point and the circle’s center meet, a black circle will appear.

The black circle notifies you that the line's end-point and the circle's center will snap together at the exact location of the circle's center.
