Snap the line to the circle's edge

Note: When you draw the circle, you start the radius line at the circle's center. Then you draw the radius to the end-point on the edge of the circle.

Select the "Edit/Measure Tool" in the top toolbar.

(Optional - For Pro account users) In Map View, you will see a pop-up on the left side. Select "Points ".
In Map View, click-and-drag an end-point of the line towards the end-point on the circle’s edge.

The point that was used to create the circle is considered the end-point.

When the line's end-point and the circle's end-point meet, a black circle will appear.

The black circle notifies you that the line's end-point and the circle’s end-point will snap together at the exact location of the circle’s end-point.
