- Login to your Scribble Maps account at:
https://www.scribblemaps.com/create(Optional) To learn how to login, visit this link:
How to login / register - In the top toolbar, click the "Menu" button.
- Under the "Scribble Maps" heading, click: "Load From Computer".

Find the location where you stored the file in your computer. The file's default download location will usually have been your "Downloads" folder.
The file’s:- Format will be: "SMJSON".
- Name will end with: ".smjson".
- To select the file, click on it. Then click the "Open" button.
You will see a pop-up that displays the message: "Map Loaded".
- Click: "Ok".
- In the top-right corner of the menu window, click the "X" button.
- (Optional) In the Map View, you may have to zoom-in or out to see the overlays.
To zoom-in/out, there are 2 options:Option 1In the top-right corner of the Map View, click the:
- Zoom-in button, "+".
- Zoom-out button, "-".
Option 2Use the scroll wheel on your mouse.For Windows- Scroll forwards to zoom-in.
- Scroll backwards to zoom-out.
For Mac- Scroll backwards to zoom-in.
- Scroll forwards to zoom-out.
- In the Layers Panel, you will see the overlay rows.
(Optional) If the Layers Panel isn't open on the right-side of the browser window, click the vertical bar.

Encryption
- Login to your Scribble Maps account at:

How to login / register - In the top toolbar, click the "Menu" button.
- Under the "Scribble Maps" heading, click: "Load From Computer".
- Find the file’s location in your computer. The file's default download location will usually have been your "Downloads" folder.
The file’s:- Format will be: "SMJSON".
- Name will end with: "_encrypted.smjson".
- To select the file, click on it. Then click the "Open" button.
The app will automatically recognize that the file requires decryption.
- You will see a pop-up appear displaying the heading: "Encryption Password".
- Type the encryption password into the text field. Then click "Submit".
- When the app is finished processing, you will see a pop-up displaying the message: "Map Loaded".
- Click: "Ok".
- In the top-right corner of the menu window, click the "X" button.
- (Optional) In the Map View, you may have to zoom-in or out to see the overlays.
