Reducing the Resolution of Lines & Shapes - "Optimize > Optimize Lines & Shapes to Zoom"

Draw the lines and shapes

Add the lines and shapes to a folder

2. At the top of the Layers Panel, click on the Folder Icon displaying the tooltip: "Add Group".
   You will see the folder added to the Layers Panel.
    
3. Click and drag each line and shape’s row into the folder.
    The folder now holds a set of overlays, which is considered a Group.

Optimize Lines & Shapes to Zoom

1. At the top of the Layers Panel, click on the Toolbox's gear and wrench icon.
   You will see a window with Core Operations and Plugin options appear.
    
2. Under the "Transform" heading > "Optimize" subheading, click on the link: "Optimize Lines & Shapes to Zoom".
    
3. Under the "Select Group" heading, click the button: "Select".
    
4. Click to select the folder from the list.
    
5. Under the "Zoom Level" heading, type in the number for the zoom level or use the up and down arrows to do so.
    
6. Click on the button: "OPTIMIZE GROUP".
    
7. You will see a pop-up appear that says how many points were removed. Click "Ok".
    
8. In the top-right corner of the Toolbox window, click on the "X" button, to close the window.
