Disable point snapping

There may be situations where you want to disable point snapping.

For example, if you want to move a line’s end-point nearby to a polygon’s corner without snapping to the exact location.

1. At the bottom-left corner of the Map View footer, click on the Gear Icon.
   The Settings window will pop up. 
    
2. Under the headings, "Other Settings" > "Point Snapping", click on the "Off" radio button.
    
3. In the top-right corner of the Settings window, click on the X button.
