Bug where when you turn off two finger (pencil) sketching the lines don't snap together

When you go to the settings to turn off this new feature where you have to use two fingers and drag when sketching with the pencil the lines don't want to snap together, the little circle that shows when connecting two lines together is not present as well when trying to connect two lines
