    Hi Frederike,

Thank you for reaching out! To display your map in English, you can change the language of your basemap, except for the Google basemaps. Google basemaps automatically use the language set in your browser.

To switch the language in your browser, follow these steps:

    For Google Chrome:

    1. Click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the browser.
    2. Go to Settings > Languages.
    3. Under Languages, click Add languages, then select English and drag it to the top of the list.

    For Firefox:

    1. Click on the menu in the top-right corner.
    2. Go to Settings > General.
    3. Scroll down to Language, click Set Alternatives, and choose English.

    For Microsoft Edge:

    1. Click on the three dots in the top-right corner.
    2. Go to Settings > Languages.
    3. Click Add languages, choose English, and move it to the top of your preferred list.

Alternatively, browser extensions can sometimes help manage language settings more easily.

We hope this resolves your issue. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Best regards,
    The Scribble Maps Team
