Do you need Pro to add layers?

Hello, I have used Scribble Maps in the past with layers you could view or toggle off, so that you could have some lines that appear or not appear as you wish.
I can't see a way to do this now, although there is something called folders which you seem to need Pro for. Is there a way of just showing simple lines as layers? Or do you need a Pro account for this now?

  You can manage annotations on the map through the layer panel, located on the right-hand side. From there, you can toggle layers on and off as needed.
