Purchased Geocodes not working

We purchased 20k geocodes on Thursday, we got the receipt and the money came out of our account but when I go to upload our data it shows we only have 500 codes and asks me to purchase more. 

I'm not seeing where to manage my codes or extra purchase, does anyone know how to solve this issue?  I put in a ticket but haven't heard anything back.
