Merge imported image with baselayer

When I start with a google earth map, and then import and image with property parcels, I would like for that image to be treated like a baselayer. I am drawing shapes with attributes on this imported image, and when I filter the shape layers the imported image disappears. Any thoughts? Thanks.

  Hi Will,

  Thank you for your question. Locking your image overlay will prevent it from being affected by the filter. This applies to all overlays. You can lock your overlay by right-clicking it and selecting the lock feature.
