Change the pattern of the fill area of a shape (circle/rectangle/polygon)

Choose the fill pattern

1. In the top toolbar, select the Fill Picker.
   The Fill Picker is the Bucket Icon displaying the tooltip: "Change fills. Fill connected lines".
    
2. (Optional) If you are using a pattern that does not have set colours, you may choose the colour you wish to display it in.

   There are 2 options for this step:

   Option 1
   

   Type the Hex Colour Code into the field.

    

   Option 2

   1. Click on the "White+Colour" field to choose how much white is mixed with colour.
       
   2. (Optional) Click on the Shade Bar to choose how much gray or black is mixed with the "White+Colour".

    
3. (Optional) In the "Opacity" field, type in the non-transparency percentage of the final colour.
   The opacity value:
   • 0% is invisible.
   • 50% is see-through.
   • 100% is the solid colour.
    
4. Select the pattern from the list of options or click MORE + to add your own image.
    
5. Set the pattern "Space & Size" (images) or "Width & Space" (lines) by:
   • Typing in the number.
     
     OR
   • Clicking the up/down arrows.

6. Select the "Fill/Change Colour Tool" in the top toolbar.

   Quick Key: Or you can press the "G" button on your keyboard.

    
7. In Map View, hover anywhere on the fill area to highlight it. Then click on the fill area.
   You will see the fill area pattern is updated.
