Rotate the rectangle or polygon

1. Select the "Rotate Tool" in the top toolbar.

   The icon is two arrows forming a circle.

    
2. In the Map View, hover over the rectangle/polygon to highlight it.
   The mouse pointer will transform into two arrows forming a circle.
    
3. Click and drag your mouse right or left to rotate the rectangle/polygon.
   The angle of the rotation will be displayed.
