Accessing 'How To'

1. Access the Scribble Maps help manual from the map editor
2. You can do so from the menu:
   • Click Menu  in the top left corner.
      
   • Then click on View Manual. .
      
   OR
   You may also choose to click on Manual located at the bottom of the screen, below the map.

3. Use the search bar in the Help Manual and scroll down to view all available articles.
   You have access to the entirety of the Scribble Maps mapping platform. Whether you're a self-learner or want to supplement your Pro training, this is a great place to start. 

Accessing the "Get Help" widget

1. At the top right of Map View, click on Get Help.
   
   
    
2. Type in keywords to search the Help Center. For example; "Open ticket".
   A list of articles will appear.
   
   
    
3. Click on the articles that seem relevant.

Please note that when you are logged in and have an upgraded profile, you will automatically receive priority assistance.
